Elementary Spanish Program

This program is for all students, in grades K-5 who have never taken Spanish classes. The required minimum class size for this level is twelve students.
This program is for first and second grade students who have completed the Auditory I Program. The required minimum class size for this level is twelve students. Also, please note that the Auditory II level is only for children who cannot read and write yet. Each child that has completed the Auditory I/II level and that is at least in 3rd grade will automatically be enrolled in Reading and Writing.
This program is for third through fifth grade students who have completed at least one year of the ESP Auditory Program. The required minimum class size for this level is ten students.
This program is for fourth and fifth grade students who have completed at least one year of the Auditory Program and the Introduction to Reading and Writing Program. The cost is $395 for the year. The required minimum class size for this level is six students.
Students can be exempted from the grade requirements of the programs upon recommendation of their former Spanish teacher or the ESP Director. ESP strongly recommends adherence to the sequence of classes.
The cost is $395 for the year. Classes are held twice per week. The year consists of 40 classes.
Note: At Steele Elementary the cost is $695. At Steele Spanish classes are held three times per week, and the year consists of 70 classes.
Please register early and receive a $100 discount for registration before May 15th! Classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements will be cancelled. Students are assigned to classes with their age peers. The maximum number of students in any class is 16. We will notify you if a class is cancelled.
