Guacamole

Ingredients:

• 3 large peeled avocados
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup chopped tomato
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• dash of cayenne pepper (if desired)
• tortilla chips

First cup up the avocados and put them in a pan or bowl. Then take the tomatoes and onions and spread them around the avocados. Mash all the ingredients together. After mashing the avocados, put the lime juice into the mixture and mix it one last time. Serve with tortilla chips.
